How to Use

Step 1: Fill your tub half way with warm water - the ideal temperature is 38°C/100°F.
Step 2: Add ½ cup (or one 120g/4oz sachet) of Crush under running water and continue to fill the bath.
Step 3: Exhale, release, and let the ritual begin.
