Pamela Card - The Allure of Liguria Necklace

As an ode to mastery of perspective, this sumptuously gold medallion was inspired by the plentitude of trompe-l’oeil frescoes along the Italian Riviera that offer an artful ‘trickery of the eye’. Drawing on ornate illusions, these Ligurian paintings allowed the facades of the buildings to become much more visually opulent. The Allure of Liguria necklace symbolizes imagination, creativity and open-mindedness. Layer with collar grazing oversized chains to create a more dramatic look.

Handmade in Vancouver from 24K gold vermeil (which is 3 microns thick of 24K gold plated sterling silver).
